Our collection of luxury holiday homes in Cornwall is diverse; we search the county for the most extraordinary coastal apartments, secluded cottages, country manors and eco-conscious retreats, so that we can match you with your kind of luxury.

Whether it’s your first trip with a baby or a milestone celebration, we know how important it is to get it just right. For your perfect 2025 holiday in Cornwall, there’s no place like Cornish Gems…
Somers Place
Sleeps 14, St Ives
Set in over an acre of land above Hain Walk, overlooking the sparking St Ives Bay, this extraordinary Gem is where unforgettable memories with family and friends are forged. With panoramic sea views across every floor, discover the sights of Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle Estuary just beyond your holiday doorstep. Featuring 7 generous bedrooms – each adorning their own flawless style – a heated swimming pool, sunken hot tub, gym and much more, there’s plenty to keep the whole family living their best holiday life.
Molesworth Manor
Sleeps 14, Padstow
Is it time to get the group back together? This large holiday home near Padstow was made for celebrations.
Molesworth Manor is a seventeenth century home, recently renovated by the owners with impeccable taste, creativity and indulgence in mind. Special moments are enjoyed in the grandeur of the formal dining room, laid-back suppers are savoured in the outdoor kitchen, and relaxation is at its peak within the wellness wing, where a Finnish sauna, two cedar clad hot tubs and a cold bucket drench help to rejuvenate mind and body.
Padstow is just five minutes away, known for award-winning chefs, including Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant, and nearby Trevibban Mill Vineyard offers tours of its organic vineyard and orchard, along with a lunch created with local produce.
Boslagen
Sleeps 2, near Wedebridge and Polzeath
A natural pond, meadow and pretty orchard set the scene in a North Cornwall pasture… Among our greenest properties, Boslagen inspires rest and wellbeing. This exemplary, immaculate woodland home was designed by the owner, for visitors seeking out a luxurious yet climate-mindful travel option. If you’re longing for a wellness retreat in Cornwall in 2025, this would be our first recommendation.
Lou, from our Guest Experience team, tested out the property when it joined our portfolio. Here’s what Lou had to say about her stay:
“I can honestly say it’s a wonderful property in a peaceful, rural setting. It sits in a pond fed by a natural stream. Being surrounded by water is very soothing for the mind and body. The owners have thought of everything. Sitting in the Japanese sit-up bath at night looking at the stars was amazing. Cosying up with the log burner in the evening was perfect.“
The Barrels
Sleeps 10, Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes
In five words: Impeccable, surprising, old-meets-new.
Beneath hillside trees and above a sandy cove is a miner’s cottage, beautifully cared for and traditional. Step inside and the cottage reveals an unexpected modern extension; glass and timber cladding frame views of the cliffs and staggered coastline, and the interior design gives off a Scandinavian feel.
With such inspiring views, immaculate design and innovative architecture, The Barrels is not the kind of luxury holiday home that you stumble across often, and when you do, you don’t really want to leave. However, the historical intrigue and natural beauty of its location makes leaving for a short while a worthy consideration; St Agnes sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and has World Heritage Status, thanks to its mining history.
Casa Bella
Sleeps 8, St Ives
Effortlessly chic with an indoor-outdoor feel, this luxury sea-view home in St Ives encourages laid-back living by the sea. It really is all about the 180 degree views here. From the elevated, enviable location, you soar over St Ives Bay. On a warm evening, our guests spill out onto the balcony or terraces to take in the sea air, dine alfresco, or dip in the hot tub, still with those outstanding views.
From your door, its a short walk to Porthminster Beach and into St Ives, or hug the coastal paths to Carbis Bay. You can explore Casa Bella’s sea view up close, by going on a boat tour of the bay to encounter Cornwall’s coastal wildlife; you don’t have to be overly lucky to find a pod of dolphins.
Kilifreth Stamps
Sleeps 4, near Truro
Combining the romance of a unique, historic property, with the indulgence of home comforts such as a bubbling hot tub, Kilifreth Stamps is one that both inspires and relaxes its guests.
Dating back to 1880, and finally ceasing as a working mine at the outbreak of the First World War, this historic engine house has been extensively renovated to create a luxury, eco-conscious holiday home. From your doorstep, the house is surrounded by 0.6 acres of wild garden, and beyond this you can join the Bissoe Trail to Portreath – a sandy beach popular with surfers.
For families seeking a chilled-out, back-to-nature retreat close to the coast, Kilifreth Stamps is a great choice; children will find this property a memorable and intriguing place to stay, and there’s plenty of adventure to experience nearby. Whilst couples or friends will enjoy hot tub evenings, and suppers with far reaching countryside views.
Shangri La
Sleeps 10, St Agnes
Our luxury holiday homes that are redesigned by our clever, in-house Gems Interiors team are a delight to nose around when they join our collection, and witnessing the transformation of Shangri La was no different. Easy living times in the Far East, and the flora and fauna located just outside of the property, were a few sources of inspiration for the project. A balance of bold colour and serene neutrals create a calm, uplifting environment, all aspects complimenting the ocean views.
Your stay at Shangri La can be as chilled or action-packed as you desire. Head to Trevaunance Cove to catch some waves, discover the areas mining heritage along the coast path, or head to the golden sand of Perranporth, which is dog friendly all year round.
Elynglas
Sleeps 12, Cubert
Bring the whole family together in 2025 to enjoy the character and space of this large luxury holiday home on the North Cornwall coast. Once a vicarage, Elynglas is a refurbished, tucked-away retreat, yet close to all the beauty and adventure that the North coast offers. A favourite of ours and popular with returning guests, Elynglas has been with us from the early days of Cornish Gems, and has created many happy memories for families and friends; from evenings in the once stables (which are now home to the hot tub), to breakfasts in the bluebell garden and fairytale-like Christmas Eves, Elynglas is a home for all seasons.
Just a 5-minute drive away is Holywell Bay, one of Cornwall’s most stunning beaches with golden sands, rolling dunes, and dramatic cliffs. Featured in Poldark, it’s popular with surfers and perfect for trying the waves.
If you have something special to celebrate in 2025, or simply long for a luxury stay, immersed in Cornwall’s natural landscape, we invite you to explore our collections, find your ideal Cornish Gem, and make 2025 a year filled with extraordinary experiences close to home.
