Competition Terms and Conditions: Well-being Bundle Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.
   • Employees of Cornish Gems, Made for Life Organics, St Eval and Wise Sage, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

2. Entry Period:

   • The competition will run from 1st March 2024 to 31st March 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

• Entrants must sign up to hear from a minimum of one of the compeition parties, like the competition post, and tag a friend in the comments.

5. Prize Details:

   • The prize includes a well-being bundle consisting of:
     • £250 Holiday Voucher from Cornish Gems (B Corp)
     • "Escape to Cornwall" candle gift set from St Eval Candles (B Corp)
     • "Catch The Breath" Skincare gift set from Made For Life Organics (B Corp)
     • Voucher for a 60 Minute Home Massage + Mini Facial from WiseSage Mobile Spa (who use Made for Life products in their treatments) to be used from your Cornish Gem when you spend the £250 voucher. The WiseSage voucher will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.

6. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place on 2nd April 2024.
   • The winner will be announced on social media and will be contacted via email (coming from an @cornishgems.com email address.)

7. Claiming the Prize:

   • The winner must respond to the winner announcement within 7 days of notification.
   • If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, a new winner will be selected.

8. Publicity:

   • By entering this competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

9. General Conditions:

   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
   • Cornish Gems reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

10. Privacy:

    • Personal information provided during the entry process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. B Corp Disclaimer:

    • The B Corp accreditation of Cornish Gems, St Eval Candles, and Made For Life Organics is mentioned for promotional purposes only. This competition is not endorsed or sponsored by B Lab.
