Terms and Conditions - Cornish Gems and Global Boarders Campaign (Easter Holidays 2024)

  1. Safety Responsibility:

    • All guests are responsible for their own safety while participating in surf, kayak, coasteering, and SUP experiences with Global Boarders.
    • Cornish Gems and Global Boarders both have liability insurance, but Cornish Gems' responsibility is limited to the health and safety of guests within the parameters of Cornish Gems accommodations.

  2. Exclusive Offer:

    • The £100 off surf, kayak, coasteering, and SUP experiences with Global Boarders is exclusive to Cornish Gems customers.
    • The offer is only redeemable for guests staying 7 to 14 nights during the Easter holidays 2024 (29th March - 12th April 2024 inclusive).
    • Contact our team for your unique discount code once you have made your Easter 2024 booking.

  3. Booking Details:

    • Redeemable booking dates are
      29/30th March 2024-5/6th April 2024 OR 12/13th April 2024
      5th/6th April 2024-12/13th April 2024

    • Bookings must be made between 22nd February 2024 and 6th March 2024 to be eligible for the £100 experience voucher with Global Boarders.
      Offer not applicable to short breaks.


  4. Voucher Redemption:

    • The £100 experience voucher can only be redeemed for surf, kayak, coasteering, and SUP experiences with Global Boarders.
    • Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
    • Voucher appliable only to surf experiences not equipment hire.

  5. Restrictions:

    • The offer is subject to availability, and Cornish Gems reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
    • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
    • This offer is not applicable to bookings made for Easter holidays 2024 before the announcement of this campaign.

  6. Liability:

    • Cornish Gems and Global Boarders shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by guests during their participation in activities with Global Boarders.
    • Guests are advised to comply with all safety guidelines provided by Global Boarders during their experiences.

  7. Cancellations and Changes:

    • In the event of booking cancellations or changes, the £100 experience voucher will be forfeited.
    • Any changes to bookings must be made in accordance with the respective cancellation policies of Cornish Gems and Global Boarders.

  8. General Terms:

    • Cornish Gems and Global Boarders reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
    • By participating in this campaign, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  10. Age Restriction:

    • Participants in Global Boarders experiences must be of a certain age, and guests are responsible for ensuring they meet these age requirements. The age restrictions should be defined by Global Boarders.

  11. Assumption of Risk:

    • Guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surf, kayak, coasteering, and SUP activities. Cornish Gems and Global Boarders are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the inherent risks of such activities.

  12. Health and Fitness:

    • Participants must ensure they are in good health and physical condition to engage in water activities. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should seek advice from their healthcare providers before participating.

  13. Equipment Usage:

    • Guests are responsible for using equipment provided by Global Boarders in a proper and safe manner. Any damage to equipment due to misuse may result in additional charges.

  14. Insurance Information:

    • Guests are encouraged to review their personal insurance policies to ensure coverage for any unforeseen incidents during their stay and activities.

  15. Force Majeure:

    • Neither Cornish Gems nor Global Boarders shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, and other unforeseen events.

  16. Indemnification:

    • Guests agree to indemnify and hold Cornish Gems and Global Boarders harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of their participation in activities or use of accommodations.

  17. Photography and Marketing:

    • Guests consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during their experiences for marketing and promotional purposes by Cornish Gems and Global Boarders unless explicitly expressed otherwise in writing.

  18. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration or another agreed-upon method, following the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

  19. Data Protection:

    • Guests' personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with data protection laws, and the privacy policy of Cornish Gems.

  20. Legal Jurisdiction:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, and any legal actions must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
