Welcome to "First Light". This stunning luxury home in St Ives truly lives up to its name, offering unparalleled front-row, sun rise sea views and impeccable first-class interior design. Step into the light-filled entrance hall, where your unforgettable holiday begins. On this level, you'll find five beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. 

The primary bedroom is a serene retreat adorned with natural tones. With doors opening onto a spacious balcony and a zen-like ensuite featuring a freestanding bath with sea views, walk-in shower and double vanity unit. Bedroom two is equally inviting, with soft, calming colors and access to the same stunning balcony overlooking the bay. Bedroom three is a haven for children, featuring bunk beds and a playful design that sparks joy. Bedroom four exudes elegance and includes its own ensuite for added privacy. The fifth bedroom offers lush garden and sea views, complemented by an ensuite with a luxurious rainfall shower. The entrance level also features a sophisticated living area and a cosy sunroom that perfectly frames the breathtaking views.

• The house is set over 2 floors, with 12 internal steps.
• There are 17 steps from the grassed area to the lower ground decking/ dining area.Due to the layout, number of steps and terraced gardens, the property is not recommended for those with mobility issues or children under 5 years old.

  • Bedroom 2:This versatile room offers a superking zip-and-link bed that can be configured as twin beds if needed. Guests will enjoy sea views, a dressing table, bedside tables, and ample clothes storage. Like the primary bedroom, it also opens onto the large balcony overlooking the bay.
  • Bedroom 3:Designed for younger guests or additional family members, this charming room features bunk beds (two single beds), sea views, and thoughtful touches such as shelves at the foot of the mattresses, a dressing table, and clothes storage.
  • Bedroom 4:A serene space with a superking zip-and-link bed (convertible to twins), this room offers garden views, a dressing table, bedside tables, and ample storage. The private ensuite includes a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower.
  • Bedroom 5:Similar to Bedroom 4, this inviting space also features a superking zip-and-link bed, garden and sea views, a dressing table, bedside tables, and clothes storage. The ensuite is fitted with a walk-in rainfall shower for ultimate comfort.
