Porth Vu is a luxury duplex apartment located on the first floor of Cobbs Well House. Once a period home within the town, the house has been flawlessly transformed to offer first-class apartments. Upon arrival, enter through the hallway which leads you to the open plan living space and 2 of the bedrooms. You’ll find the first bedroom on your right with a walk-in shower ensuite. As you continue ahead you’ll be greeted with bedroom 2 and its ensuite bathroom. Step down 2 steps into the open plan, kitchen, living and dining area. The smartly designed George Robinson kitchen offers all you could need, the perfect opportunity to even enjoy a private chef experience.  The dining area has an informal style seating with chairs and a bench. Enjoy the views from the large corner sofa and simply watch the boats go by. Head up the stairs to the mezzanine level where you will find a light filled coffee area. Just behind this you’ll see bedroom 3 with its ensuite shower room.

This once sleepy town is now alive with bustles from the boutique fashion and interiors shops, chic cafes, exhibiting galleries, restaurants and fine dining hotels. Take a gentle stroll along the Esplanade or don your walking boots for the popular National Trust Hall circular walk which has been in use since the 16th Century. Or you can enjoy the owner's favourite walk from Fowey via Readymoney Cove to Polridmouth where you can take in the scenery of Daphne du Maurier’s novel Rebecca and see her home on the Menabilly Estate, perfect for a crisp winter’s day. If getting on the water is part of your plans then hire kayaks locally to explore the creeks and inlets of the river or try your hand at Paddleboarding. You can also hire skippered ribs in the summer season for a real adventure. Sailing is at the heart of the town and offers quite a spectacle as the Fowey regatta gets underway in August. Sailors from all around the world make the town a welcome stop over throughout the season. From Fowey you can enjoy secluded locations such as Lantic Bay and Lansallos.
