The primary bedroom flaunts bold shades of green, woven into various inviting textiles and patterns. The second bedroom offers playful furnishings with bold patterns, for that exciting holiday feel. The Cornish landscape is brought to life in the third bedroom, in cushions, headboard and thoughtfully-placed decor. The final bedroom presents adventurous interiors, where junglecore meets softer aesthetics. The garden offers a place of relaxation in the late afternoon sun, from the curated local planting, the rewilded area and the open spaces for family and friends to enjoy together. After a day exploring the local sights and postcard-perfect surroundings, submerge yourself into the bubbles of the hot tub, overlooking the garden. On those balmy summer days, dig into a family feast, cook in the outdoor kitchen, and experience al-fresco dining whilst the Cornish sun soothes your soul. On summer evenings, toast some marshmallows on the firepit and reminisce about your fun beach days. The garden isn't fully enclosed for those furry friends who like to explore. 

From your doorstep, discover the beautiful village of St Agnes, with upbeat stores, eateries and activities nearby. Experience the Atlantic surf from Trevaunance Cove or take a stroll along the path to Trevellas Cove, otherwise known as Blue Hills. The Driftwood Spars pub and brewery, moments away from the holiday oasis of Shangri-La, offers year round food and drink. Alternatively, Schooners pub sits seconds from the beach, and is perfect for those post-surf suppers or even for storm-watching in the winter. The village maintains a community feel, and you are never far from a delicious barista prepared coffee, freshly baked bread or slice of cake. Watersports are a popular pastime in the area, with locals and tourists alike. As well as that, St Agnes is rich in copper and tin mining heritage, and the iconic chimney stacks can be seen along the coastline, making it an idyllic walking destination.

Alternatively, pack up the car and visit Perranporth, an all year round dog-friendly beach, with a conveniently placed pub on the golden sands. The Watering Hole is well worth visiting for morning coffee, pub style lunches or enjoy live music throughout the year at this magical ‘on the beach’ setting. If walking the coastal path is high on your agenda, then hit the paths from leading up, towards Newquay and beyond, or west in the direction of Porthtowan, to seek some of Cornwall’s most beautiful seascapes.
