Terms and Conditions for Cornish Gems x WiseSage Voucher Offer

1. Eligibility
   This promotion is open to new customers of Cornish Gems only. To be eligible, participants must create an account with Cornish Gems and make a new booking for a 2025 stay between 26th December 2024 and 31st January 2025.

2. Voucher Offer

   • A £50 voucher for WiseSage will be issued to customers who book a Gem property.
   • An £80 voucher for WiseSage will be issued to customers who book an Extraordinary Gem property.

3. Voucher Redemption
   The WiseSage voucher can be redeemed against a variety of wellbeing treatments provided by WiseSage during the customer’s stay, including:

   • Massage therapy
   • Yoga or movement class
   • Aromatherapy workshop

   Vouchers can only be redeemed with WiseSage during the stay at the Cornish Gems property and must be used for services provided on the property. We recommend booking your treatment or experience prior to your holiday commencement.

4. Booking Terms

   • The booking must be for a stay in 2025, with a confirmed reservation at the time of voucher issuance.
   • This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
   • The voucher will be emailed to the customer upon confirmation of the booking and will be valid for use during their stay in 2025.
   • The voucher needs to be redeemed at least two weeks prior to your check-in. Last minute/in-situ spa bookings may be declined due to availability. Cornish Gems and WiseSage reserve the right to decline the voucher use on bookings that do not meet these criteria.
     
     

5. Voucher Expiry
   Vouchers must be redeemed by 31st December 2025 and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Exclusions

   • This offer is not valid for existing customers or for bookings made prior to 26th December 2024 or after 31st January 2025.
   • The voucher is only valid for services provided by WiseSage during the stay at the booked property and cannot be used with any other providers or for any other services.

7. Amendments and Cancellations

   • If the booking is cancelled, the voucher will no longer be valid, and the offer will be forfeited.
   • Any amendments to the booking after confirmation may invalidate the voucher.

8. Liability
   Cornish Gems and WiseSage are not responsible for any issues arising from the use or redemption of the voucher. WiseSage's terms and conditions apply to all wellbeing treatments and services.

9. General Terms

   • Cornish Gems reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
   • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions and the decision of Cornish Gems is final in all matters relating to the offer.

10. Data Protection
    By participating in this promotion, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Cornish Gems for the purpose of administering the offer in accordance with the Cornish Gems privacy policy.

11. Third-Party Experience
    Please note that the wellbeing treatments provided by WiseSage are a third-party experience. Cornish Gems is not liable for any issues, injuries, or other incidents that may arise during the use of WiseSage services. All treatments and activities are provided by WiseSage, and customers engage with these services at their own risk. WiseSage's terms and conditions apply to all bookings for their services, and they are solely responsible for the delivery and safety of the wellbeing treatments. Cornish Gems makes no representations or warranties regarding the services provided by WiseSage.
